I am pleased to serve on the CHADD Foothill/Pasadena board. I moderate three monthly ADHD support groups - 1st Tuesday of the month is ADHD Allies (for supporters of adults with ADHD), 2nd Tuesday of the month is Adults w ADHD, 3rd Tuesday is support for Parents of Children w ADHD. 4th Tuesdays are reserved for our chapter speaker series, and subjects vary - held @ the Frosting School in Pasadena. I also have a small private practice where I help children and adults who struggle with ADHD symptoms, and can help individuals and families with strategies to make daily life less of a struggle.
