We help children, adolescents, couples, and families enjoy the superpowers of ADHD while managing the challenges that come with them. We strive to strengthen executive function, emotion regulation, friendships, and family relationships, all while having FUN! We move in the therapy room, noticing how different movements, fidgets, and other tools affect our attention and emotions. Children and families take this awareness and use it in daily life to regulate attention, energy, and emotions as needed to improve their school, work, and social functioning. We help parents set up the home environment for success and respond to impulse control errors with kindness and understanding. We also treat other concerns that commonly occur with ADHD, such as anxiety, depression, autism, and family conflict.
