Our professional coaching model follows the International Coaching Standards (ICF), using evidence-based tools, such as Appreciative Inquiry, to help you navigate ways toward more motivation, self-confidence, productivity, and better routines. We also provide Neurofeedback therapy, an evidence-based method to improve brain patterns often associated with increasing the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, and memory loss. We can even combine the two for a rich neuro-coaching approach.
