While most ADHDers are disorganized, I realized that the secret to my success was that I am highly organized. Without medication (pre-diagnosis), I adapted to each stage of life and now, I use these strategies to teach my clients how to become organized. MY APPROACH: I act as a coach and educator, helping my clients understand their creative brains so they can adapt their environment to the creative/ADD/ADHD way of thinking and doing. I use a “whole-istic” approach to put systems and structures in place that in turn give my clien
