I offer ADHD & AuDHD Coaching for adults in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond; specializing in women in tech, entrepreneurs, new moms, and creatives. Diagnosed with ADHD at 8 and late diagnosed Autistic, it took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my "condition." I earned a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) & worked in professional theatre. Additionally, I gained a decade of entrepreneurial experience running my own marketing & web design agency.
