I help adults (18+) with ADHD create kickass systems so that they can increase productivity, tap into the positive qualities of ADHD and feel good about themselves. My “learning living loving your ADHD brain” program is all about partnering with clients to help them understand the needs of their unique brain wiring, how their ADHD symptoms get in the way and exploring and building on their strengths to help them create strategies that work for them. I work remotely via zoom and offer my services in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
