I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington. I have training and expertise in AD(H)D assessment, management and interventions. I am also a couples counselor with an ADD partner(s) and I have advance couples counseling from the Gottman Institute. Both my partner and I have ADD and I have experienced both side of being in relation to someone with ADD. I have 19 years experience in the IT field and I can offer unique strategies to best navigate high pressure careers with ADD. I believe in helping you learn to work with your nature not against it. I believe ADD is a superpower when properly managed.
