I am a Clinical Social Worker who provides diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment services to clients ages 18 and up who wish for support with known or suspected ADHD. I utilize evidence-based care in my practice, integrating use of CBT, DBT, somatic, and emotion-focused principles and interventions in client care. I aim to work collaboratively with my clients by setting goals and identifying reasonable and individually tailored ways to work towards meeting those goals over the course of treatment. I also provide support and care for coexisting conditions that often present with ADHD including body image and self esteem issues, burnout, issues with relationships, and disordered eating. I love working with clients who are seeking care that is geared towards developing skills that can last a lifetime and who want to see tangible changes in their lives or in the lives of their loved ones with ADHD.
