My own journey with ADHD has shaped my dedication to helping others navigate the unique challenges and strengths of their neurodivergent brain. Having experienced firsthand the struggles of ADHD as a child, adult, and parent, I deeply understand the despair of trying to fit into a neurotypical mold that was never designed for me. Through years of personal and professional experience, I have broken free from that mold—learning how to work with my brain rather than against it—and now I empower others to do the same. My coaching approach is holistic, blending my love of neuroscience, education, and practicality to create individualized methods for thriving in daily life. Whether I’m supporting parents to improve family dynamics, guiding adults toward self-acceptance and productivity, or equipping educators with effective strategies, I focus on helping people understand their brains, reduce overwhelm, and leverage their strengths to move forward with clarity and confidence. With over a decade of experience as Professional Certified ADHD Coach, consultant, and educator, I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals through strengths-based, research-informed strategies rooted in brain development, executive functioning, effective learning modalities, and overall wellness. My favorite part of this work is witnessing the moment clients shift from feeling stuck and discouraged to empowered and capable - recognizing their own unique ability to successfully achieve their goals. Specialties: parents of young children, adults, educators, students, and college students.
