Positive Approach Services provides individualized ADHD and executive functioning coaching for teens, college students, and adults. We support clients with time management, organization, planning, emotional regulation, motivation, and follow-through. Our coaching is practical, strengths-based, and goal-oriented, helping clients build systems that work with their brains, not against them. Services include one-to-one coaching, group programs, accountability and body-doubling sessions, and parent or caregiver support. We also partner with schools, nonprofits, and organizations to offer training and coaching for neurodivergent individuals and their support teams. Positive Approach Services focuses on building confidence, independence, and sustainable skills so clients can succeed academically, professionally, and personally. We work primarily with client virtually all over North America, however we see people in person in our Paramus, NJ Office, NYC hybrid, and Rockland County, NY.
