Time zone : PST // ?My Story: I struggled with sleeping problems, autoimmune disease, severe chronic back pain, chronic depression and anxiety throughout my 20s, thinking my bipolar disorder was the culprit. My life made so much sense with my ADHD diagnosis at 28. ? As I learned more about ADHD, I began to accept myself more with self-compassion, reframing the narrative of my life.
