Dr. Willoughby & Associates is a private mental health practice specializing in various services, including psychological testing assessments, medication management, and therapy. Our practice offers a Comprehensive Psychological Assessment in order to best to answer the questions you present with. Many mental health disorders, including ADHD, either go un-diagnosed or are improperly diagnosed. With testing, we collect data and information needed to make formal diagnoses and recommendations. The proper diagnosis can result in getting the most beneficial therapy, medical treatment, and academic or work accommodations. Based on an individual’s specific symptoms and needs, a treatment plan that includes medication is created to facilitate a positive outcome. Our nurse practitioners, Carli and Meredith, conduct mental health assessments, diagnose, provide brief psycho-education and/or psychotherapy, prescribe treatment plans and medications, and work with primary care or specialty providers.
