I’m Jacquelyn Harper, MS, OTR/L, ADHD-RSP, founder of Coaching Executive Function (CEF). I lead a team of coaches providing virtual executive function coaching for adults, professionals, and college students navigating ADHD and executive function challenges. Many of our clients are highly capable, accomplished people who know what needs to be done but struggle with getting started, prioritizing, managing time, staying organized, or following through. At CEF, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all productivity advice. We help clients understand how their brain works, identify what gets in the way, and develop practical strategies that fit their real lives.
