Hello. I’m Dana Crews, an ADHD Coach with a background in Behavioral Health & Social Work spanning almost 20 years. In 2020, I transitioned to ADHD Coaching after discovering that, I too, have ADHD. My unique blend of experience in healthcare & education equips me to offer comprehensive & integrative care for individuals facing the multitude of challenges that come with ADHD. I specialize in Mindfulness-based ADHD Life Coaching for both adults & emerging adults. Together, we’ll take a whole-person approach, focusing on evidence-based practices to transform overwhelm, distraction, & reactivity into self-regulation, compassion, & creative problem-solving. We’ll build a personalized ADHD toolbox, bridging the gap between intention & action, & strengthening overall health & mental well-being.
