I coach individuals with ADHD from a strengths-based perspective. By working closely with clients to understand how their ADHD presents itself, I help them identify strategies to work with their unique challenges and leverage their strengths to achieve their goals. I am trained in several assessments, including CliftonStrengths, EQ-i 2.0/360, and the Energy Leadership Index, which enables me to guide clients toward a deeper understanding of their individual strengths and challenges. I also have a specialty in coaching through transitions and change. Whether it's one-on-one, families, or group coaching, I am passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and achieve their goals by leveraging their strengths to deliver results.
