Cabrera Psychological Services is a highly specialized practice for those individuals with eating issues, anxiety, ADHD, and co-occurring conditions. I have been working as a psychologist for over 23 years. I provide compassionate & evidenced-based treatment to children, adolescents, adults who feel overwhelmed, out-of-sorts, anxious and / or dysregulated. I work with individuals with many issues including disordered eating, body image issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma and misophonia. I provide parent coaching and support. I integrate an array of modalities into my work, as well as provide you with a connection and space to validate that you are not alone and that there is a way to get through it. I will help pull you up, provide safety and support, teach you the tools to find relief, regulation and connection to yourself and body.
