Managing school with ADHD is overwhelming: school places heavy demands on our memory, organization and planning, and stress tolerance skills, among many others. Navigating these demands through adolescence is challenging even without our brains working against us. I am an education specialist and executive functions coach with a focus on working with students with ADHD. I work with students on their executive functioning skills (the skills I named earlier), academic tutoring, and standardized test preparation (SAT, ACT, APs). I love working with students with ADHD and helping them build up their compensatory skills and habits to make school - and life - a little easier. I will work with you to build a realistic understanding of how your ADHD affects you, your options for working with your ADHD, and how to leverage your skills that are a result of your ADHD. I am available in person in Boulder and Denver, CO, as well as remotely via Zoom.
