We are so happy that you found us! Most of our providers have ADHD, are married to someone with ADHD, or have ADHD children (and for some of us, all 3!) When it comes to ADHD, we TOTALLY get it. We provide comprehensive ADHD evaluations; coordination with schools or outside agencies; parenting skills training to learn how to handle ADHD at home; education about ADHD; counseling to help with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem that may result from untreated ADHD, and more. The word “Charis” is a Greek word that means “undeserved grace,” and it underlies all that we do here. Us ADHDers can be really hard on ourselves. Here, you’ll find the “loving kindness” that defines the word Charis and our treatment philosophy as we help you increase motivation, learn important skills for navigating a neurotypical world, work on emotional regulation, and improve executive functioning.
