As a licensed professional therapist and coach who specializes in ADHD my goal is to empower you to celebrate the strengths of your unique brain while also building skills and growing areas where you might have struggles. I combine my years of experience working in the clinical setting with unique, insights as someone who has ADHD myself. My coaching program is designed to change the way your brain is wired - focusing on the part of the brain that is in the driver’s seat. Areas that are focused on during sessions include mind/ body integration, time management, establishing more flow and ease in everyday activities as well as increasing emotional bandwidth so you have more energy for the things you love.
