I'm a licensed clinical social worker and ADHD coach with over 20 years of experience working with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and the patterns that keep getting in the way, even when they understand what's happening. My approach starts with curiosity rather than correction. Before jumping to strategies, I think it's important to understand what's underneath the pattern because most of the habits people want to change made sense at some point. That shift in perspective helps open the door to how change becomes possible. I offer individual therapy, ADHD coaching, and the Third Path Series — a cohort-based small group program designed for adults who want to understand themselves differently so they can respond differently. Current and upcoming topics include Procrastination & Paralysis, RSD, and emotional regulation. I work with therapy clients in Massachusetts and, for coaching, across the US via Zoom.
