I provide in-person executive function coaching to students across Boston's vibrant college community- primarily at Northeastern University, Boston College, Boston University, and at the Boston Public Central Library in Copley Square. For students outside of Boston, I offer comprehensive virtual coaching. With my Master of Social Work from Boston University and specialized training as a graduate of JST Student and ADHD Coaching—the pioneer in research-based ADHD student coaching—I bring both academic expertise and practical experience to every coaching relationship. My background as an educator provides me with a deep insight into learning challenges and effective academic success strategies. My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on building systems that work with the realities of college life- from managing multiple deadlines to balancing academic and social commitments.
