I specialize in the comprehensive assessment and treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents. The evaluations I complete provide data on cognitive abilities, academic performance, executive functioning skills, and behavior. I also developed an evidence-based ADHD Treatment program that includes both parent training and direct skill instruction for children. Our parent training sessions are focused on behavior management, creating structured routines, scaffolding child independence, organization, and time-management, and developing school-based plans. Our child sessions focus on strength-spotting, emotion regulation, coping skills, cognitive restructuring, and organization/attention strategies. This integrated approach empowers children to build essential skills and equips parents with practical tools to support their child’s growth at home and in school.
