We offer a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of ADHD consistent with the international gold standard for ADHD assessments and practice guidelines of the UK National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence, The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the Society of Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics. Each assessment has three components: a thorough history taking and evaluation of symptoms using the Young-DIVA 5 based on DSM-5, completion of the Conners-4 full questionnaires by parent, young person and school teacher and a clinical evaluation of impact and impairment. Every assessment is tailored to the young person and care is taken to understand and report each child’s unique ADHD story and journey. Our consultant engages each young person helping them to feel empowered in the decisions made about their treatment and care.
