Hello! I am a licensed clinical therapist with experience working with autism, ADHD, AuDHD, OCD as well as expertise in personality and mood disorders. I am drawn to working with adolescents, late diagnosed adults, and neurodivergent families. I have a passion for working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. When working with me, I pull from DBT, ACT, CBT and other methods I've trained extensively in to provide tools needed to understand and work with your ADHD. My mission is to help you to heal complex traumas, environmental inequities and meet you at the intersections of identity unique to your experiences.
