Intimacy Counseling & Consulting, PLLC provides neuroaffirming, culturally responsive services for adults, couples, and families affected by ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence. Federico Mendez, MS, LMFT-Supervisor, offers individual, relationship, and family therapy, along with adult ADHD and Autism assessments. Therapy may address executive-functioning differences, emotional regulation, communication, recurring conflict, household responsibilities, intimacy, parenting, and the impact of ADHD on relationships. Federico’s systemic approach helps clients understand how neurodivergence interacts with relationship dynamics, family-of-origin patterns, culture, identity, and everyday stress. The goal is not to make neurodivergent clients function like neurotypical people, but to identify strengths, understand individual needs, and develop more workable patterns.
