The ADHD Reboot — Coaching for Creatives, Tech, & Small Business

Contact Name Stephanie Weis

"I'm smart and capable... so why does the simple stuff feel so hard?" If you’ve ever asked yourself that, you aren’t alone. Whether you're a writer, a woman in tech, a small business owner, or a parent, ADHD can make you feel "out of sync" with the rest of the world. You can lead a major project or launch a creative endeavor, yet find yourself overwhelmed by the daily logistics of life. I’m Steph. I bring over 20 years of experience coaching business professionals to the table. I’ve combined my M.Ed. in Education and ICF-accredited ADDCA training with my professional background to help you work with your ADHD brain, not against it. I provide a space where you can finally be heard and build the practical roadmap that actually works for your life. How we'll work together: Flipping Perfectionism: We'll dismantle the "all-or-nothing" mindset that leads to paralysis and replace it with systems that allow you to start—and finish—without the panic. Managing the "Mental Noise": Practical tools for when your brain feels like it has too many tabs open at once. The Post-Diagnosis Roadmap: Moving past the "What now?" phase to map out a clear, actionable plan for your career and your life. Creative Momentum: As a writer, I know how important it is to keep your creative well filled. We'll work together to keep you on track with your big goals without letting the small details drown you. Ready to hit reboot? Let’s see if we're a fit!
