LaunchPad Neurodivergent Advantage is a neurodivergent friendly group coaching career and internship program. Our lead coach and director is Kate Engel, an AuDHD licensed professional counselor, certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and received her training at the University of Pennsylvania. She and our team of licensed therapists & coaches will teach you skills to manage disorganization, time management, emotion regulation, and task avoidance. We help you discover careers aligned with your strengths and help develop professional connections through networking, mentorships, and internship placements.
