She is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and combines this clinical expertise with over 7 years as an IT consultant, where she guided individuals and teams through complex challenges. Her approach is further strengthened by personal experience supporting individuals with ADHD, giving her a practical, empathetic understanding of the journey. Gina Palmer, M.Ed., has over 20 years of experience in higher education and consulting. With a deep knowledge of student development theory, as well as organizational behavior, Gina brings a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective to her work. She is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with an ADHD Certification from AIHCP, and is further deepening her expertise through a Certificate in Neuroscience at the University of Pennsylvania (2026). In addition to her professional background, she has personal experience supporting family members with ADHD, giving her a deeply empathetic and practical understanding of the challenges parents face.
