Welcome! I am a licensed psychologist with 24 years of therapy experience, specializing in ADHD assessment and therapy across the lifespan. I work with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) through the Institute of Certified ADHD Professionals. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I help clients understand how ADHD affects daily life and develop strategies for executive functioning, emotional regulation, organization, relationships, and parenting. My background in family therapy, pediatric primary care, and school and medical collaboration informs my work. I have a special interest in ADHD and perimenopause, supporting women experiencing changes in focus, memory, organization, and daily functioning during midlife. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, develop practical skills, and make everyday life more manageable.
