All services are provided using remote and online methods through fall 2020. I use a HIPAA compliant platform for delivery of services. ASSESSMENT: I provide psychoeducational evaluations for learning, emotional, behavioral and attentional concerns for school-age children through adolescents. I conduct revaluations of previously diagnosed learning, emotional or attention problems to be used in college or graduate school planning and accommodations. I provide assessment/diagnosis of ADHD with detailed executive functioning analysis and personal goal-setting plan for teens and adults who are ready to engage in coaching/therapy support. THERAPY: I provide coaching combined with mindfulness-based CBT for executive functioning skills in college age through early career adults who typically have been diagnosed with ADHD. I treat anxiety and depression using mindfulness-based CBT and supporting clients in development of healthy lifestyle habits across the age span.
