I provide coaching for adults and college students with ADHD. Particularly I coach on topics of executive function, time management, focus, goal setting, accountability, and organization.Coaching helps people with ADHD develop new habits and routines that support the life they desire to live. Medications are part of the solution in some cases and in more cases than not developing new habits and routines are vital for future success.
