I am a certified ADHD and Life Coach offering coaching services and ADHD education to teens, college students, and adults. I received my professional coaching training and certification from the ADD Coach Academy and studied advanced coaching for teens and college students with JST coaching. I also hold degrees in Nursing and Pharmacy giving me a strong foundation in the neurobiology of ADHD and other conditions, as well as medications that may be prescribed. Lastly, I am the mother of a daughter with ADD- providing me with invaluable practical experience and compassion for this condition. I work with my clients to help them understand how ADHD affects them, increasing awareness of their strengths as well as their challenges, and then get to work to identify goals, establish plans, and devise strategies that will propel them forward toward success and serve them throughout life.
