I am a professionally certified ADHD Coach (ADD Coach Academy, PAAC, International Coach Federation, JST Coaching & NAPO). My work includes 1:1 coaching with adults and students in college & HS, and workshops. I’m passionate about helping my clients raise their self-awareness around their strengths and needs, learn strategies to support executive skills and reduce frustration so they can achieve what they want to achieve academically, professionally, and socially. I’m the mom of 3 young adult men with 3 very different brains (you could say I've been through it all!). Additionally, my 12 years as a public school board trustee and 22+ years as an import/export entrepreneur bring a wealth of perspectives to my clients.
