Seth likes to say he’s a recovering elementary school principal. He began his career supporting students with learning and behavioral challenges in Chicago Public Schools, earning a master’s degree as a Learning and Behavior Specialist before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2005 to pursue work as a school administrator. Seth now works with professionals, college students, couples, and families to help them understand how ADHD and executive functioning impact their daily lives- and to develop practical strategies that encourage awareness, action, and reflection.
