I have lived experience as a woman diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and I especially enjoy working with women on similar journeys—exploring patterns, building self-understanding, and developing tools that truly work. In addition to therapy, I provide ADHD assessments for those seeking clarity about their attention, focus, and executive functioning struggles. While not a neuropsychological evaluation, this assessment can be helpful in understanding your challenges and may support requests for workplace accommodations.
