Executive Functioning Coaching is designed to assist individuals in improving their lives and reaching their goals at school, work, and home through personalized coaching. We serve students and individuals in middle school, high school, and university, both online and in-person. The EFC approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, refined through years of teaching and coaching in the USA and Europe. EFC's 1:1 coaching adapts instruction and the learning experience to meet individual needs, strengths, and interests. We emphasize establishing effective habits and strategies that contribute to an individual’s success.
