At Lonely Mountain Therapy, I provide Neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults, teens, and children for ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. My integrative approach blends DBT, CBT, mindfulness, somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, Expressive Arts Therapy, and existential therapy to support regulation, healing, and meaning-making. Sessions may include art, movement, writing, music, or therapeutic roleplaying to help clients express emotion, strengthen executive functioning, and build self-awareness. I also offer Safe and Sound Protocol and biofeedback for nervous system balance. My practice is affirming, creative, and collaborative, welcoming clients who may not have felt fully seen in traditional therapy, including those in the neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC communities.
