Founder of Helios Psychiatry and Wellness, Dr Dore has over 10 years experience in diagnosis, psychopharmacology and psychotherapy for patients living with ADHD. Drawing from her specialty training at Stanford in Psychiatry where she served as chief resident, her Integrative Psychiatry Fellowship and personal lived experience, she provides evidence based treatment plans that support the whole person. At Helios, Dr Dore works with a team of highly skilled professionals who support a range of modalities including psychotherapy, somatic therapy, coaching, nutritional, medications, biomarker assessment and neuro/biofeedback to assist individuals in finding the right fit to optimize their mental and physical health.
