I work with neurodivergent learners who are often described as bright but struggling - students who may also experience anxiety, sensory overwhelm, demand avoidance, or executive functioning challenges. My approach is neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and strength-based, focusing on helping students and families understand how their brains work so they can build systems that actually fit their needs. Support that is individualized and looks at the whole child may include: • Executive functioning coaching (organization, planning, time awareness, visual supports, building systems + goals) • Sensory-informed strategies for regulation and focus • ADHD-friendly routines and daily systems • Support for school avoidance and burnout • Parent coaching, practical home strategies, school and provider collaboration • Guidance navigating school supports and accommodations Many of the students I work with are twice-exceptional or complex learners who need more than standard productivity approaches. My goal is to reduce conflict, build confidence, and help foster environments where neurodivergent learners can succeed.
