Are you the parent of a teen 14 to 16 with ADHD? Researchers from the Joan Ganz Cooney Center at Sesame Workshop are recruiting parents and teens for a research project on technology for youth. The project asks: how could tech be better designed to support young people’s positive development of attention? Researchers will talk to and work with teens on a Teen Research Council to come up with insights and solutions.
Eligibility:
- The Teen Research and Advisory Group will include teens in 9th and 10th grade (in the 2026-2027 school year) who have ADHD. They should live near San Francisco or New York City.
For more information and to be considered for participation, see our recruitment website. Parents must fill out an intake form. https://joanganzcooneycenter.org/seeking-teen-and-parent-participants-for-a-research-study/ .
Participants will receive gift cards with a possible total of $110 for the Teen Youth Council to thank them for their time.
If you have questions, you can email the researchers Amanda.Lenhart@sesame.org or Elizabeth.rood@sesame.org.
Please feel free to share with friends and family who might be eligible and interested!
