ABOUT THE RESEARCH STUDY
This study explores how adults formally diagnosed with ADHD experience routine workplace practices.

WHO MAY PARTICIPATE?
You may be eligible if you:

• Are age 18 or older
• Have a formal clinical ADHD diagnosis
• Work for a U.S.-based organization with 100+ employees
• Work at least 20 hours per week
• Have at least six months tenure
• Are able to communicate in English

CONFIDENTIALITY
Reasonable measures will protect your confidentiality. Your name will be replaced with a pseudonym. Your employer’s name will not be collected or reported.

APPRECIATION GIFT
After completing all study activities, you will receive a $25 Amazon e-gift card.

WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS DO?

• Complete a 10-minute online questionnaire
• Join a 60–90-minute Zoom interview*
• Review the transcript for 10–15 minutes and reply within 72 hours

TOPICS
ADHD-related workplace experiences; demographic and employment context; communication, feedback, tasks, environment, accommodations, and work strategies.

Participation is voluntary. Some questions may cause emotional discomfort. You may take a break or stop participating at any time without penalty.

*Audio recording is required. Participants may keep their cameras off if they wish.
