ADHD in Military Families

Featuring Jeffrey Katz, PhD, and Michelle Norman and Taryn Neary of Partners in PROMISE

Frequent moves, deployments, and changes in schools can create additional challenges for military families raising children with ADHD.

Clinical psychologist Jeffrey Katz joins Michelle Norman and Taryn Neary of Partners in PROMISE to discuss barriers to diagnosis, treatment, and educational support. They also share resources to help families advocate for their children, navigate IEPs and 504 plans, and access services, including the free Mission Ready toolkit.
