If there’s one thing that is constant in life, it is change. Children affected by ADHD often have a harder time with change and transitions than most children. Whether it is the change in the daily schedule or a major life change such as starting school, moving to a new city, or a younger sibling being born, children’s lives vary greatly.

Watch our special Ask the Expert highlight to learn strategies to help the children in your life prepare for change, how to help them go through the situation, however big or small, and what might be needed afterwards.
