Karen's coaching integrates her vast training and experience to offer you a multi-faceted (holistic), compassionate, creative and safe space in which to explore, learn, develop, and practice thinking, feeling, behaving, and acting in accord with your most connected, genuine understanding of yourself. She works with young adults, adults, couples, business leaders and teams, emphasizing relational and emotional intelligence, systems, skills, and communication. Karen is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a certified ADHD coach (AACC) with Master’s certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She is a member of CHADD and the ICF. Karen was a Licensed Professional Counselor, and has Master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has extensive training including neurobiology, integral leadership and systems, trauma, IFS, Somatics, communication, Executive Function, and business development. Karen welcomes clients of all affiliations.
