I work as a therapist for a pediatric clinic in West St. Paul and Hugo, MN. Pediatricians in my clinic manage the official diagnosis for ADHD, and I help with problem solving, mood issues, executive functions and school resources for our patients. I am trained to help parent child interaction difficulties across the spectrum. I can also treat depression, anxiety, trauma and self-harm behaviors in clinic. I believe the first step in success and growth for an individual with ADHD is for them to understand how their brain works. I also believe that it is important for parents to understand that kids are not trying to make you mad. Working with ADHD is problem solving the most optimal working and communication techniques for individuals and families.
