Coach Mary, founder of Hesed ADHD, is a licensed Occupational Therapist, certified ADHD Coach (AACC) from the accredited ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), and an authorized ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. As a fellow ADHD-er, combined with her professional experience and extensive training, Coach Mary utilizes a compassionate, strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and trauma-informed holistic approach that is uniquely customized by her client's roadmap/goals. Coach Mary currently works with adults (over 19 years old) from diverse backgrounds and walks of life, with extensive experience in working with creatives, professionals, multipassionates, solopreneurs, and the elderly. She also holds a deep understanding for individuals of cross-cultural backgrounds and those of the Christian faith journeying with ADHD. Please note that all sessions are held 100% virtual, and residents of BC Canada can claim extended health benefits for Occupational Therapy services.
