I work with children, adolescents and adults with ADHD and help them to understand their ADHD and executive functioning weaknesses. I help them create structure and develop the skills and strategies they need to manage their challenges. I have first hand knowledge of ADHD and over fifteen years of experience working with children and families. Most of my clients face challenges in one or more of these areas: time management, planning & scheduling, getting started on and finishing tasks, prioritizing, organization of objects and paper, dealing with clutter, and impulsivity. We work together to create specific goals and then chunk those goals down into action steps. I have helped hundreds of clients learn how to manage their ADHD and create positive change.
