As a professionally trained and certified ADHD coach and consultant, I serve as a mentor, partner, and sounding board to college students, and adults who have ADHD and executive functioning challenges. I work remotely with clients nationwide via phone or Zoom. Those with ADHD often feel ashamed and frustrated, thinking they are flawed and broken. Using a strengths-based model and a collaborative approach, I partner with my clients as they discover how to use their gifts and talents to address challenges with focus and executive function such as motivation, task-initiation, organization, and time management. Through coaching, my clients embrace their creativity and out of the box thinking and find hope and empowerment. ADHD isn't a deficit.
