Being diagnosed with ADHD for me was, at first, a demoralizing experience. Learning more about myself through the lens of ADHD taught me I have unique traits and abilities—including creativity, a good sense of humor, persistence, a detective-oriented mind and a tremendous care for others. The overall experience, for me, was liberating—so much so, I chose to become a Certified ADHD Life Coach. I want nothing more than to help others enjoy a similar life-changing experience! I work with adults of all ages and a have a special love for those with ADHD challenged in their pursuit of an education.
