We help parents and families have important conversations that are difficult for them to have on their own, especially when the issues involve sensitive and emotionally charged decisions affecting their neurodiverse children and family members. Coming together on these types of issues can be difficult for any family. Being able to communicate constructively and effectively often can be the difference between being stuck in conflict and moving forward together, whether it’s a discussion about a child’s medical, educational, financial, or support services needs, or if divorce is a factor in the family. Without resolution, even small disagreements can grow like weeds into more invasive issues that create barriers, distract attention, and add stress. We offer a process that allows our clients to hear each other and be heard, so that they can have the difficult, essential conversations that empower them to move forward.
